Mrs. Muriel Ingram



AIKEN -- Mrs. Muriel Astor Garvin Ingram, 83, died Saturday, Jan. 1, 2000, at Pepperhill Rehabilitation and Nursing Center.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at George Funeral Home, Park Avenue. Burial will be in New Holland Baptist Church Cemetery, New Holland.

Mrs. Ingram, a native of New Holland, had retired as a nurse. She was a member of New Holland Baptist Church.

Survivors include two sons, Henry E. Ingram Jr., Hilton Head Island, and Kent Garvin Ingram, New Holland; three daughters, Cynthia Mallard, Lexington, Bonni Futch, Brentwood, Tenn., and Merle-Ann Wall, Ridgeland; a sister, Sue Garvin Howard, Aiken; and 23 grandchildren and 36 great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Ashley Ingram, Travis Mallard, Harold Wall Jr., Chase Ingram, Charlie Ingram, Clarke Futch and Chad Ingram.

Memorials may be made to Alzheimer's research.

Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
