LOUISVILLE, Ga. -- Mrs. Phoebe Ann Goodwin Williams, 56, of U.S. Highway 1 North, died Thursday, Dec. 30, 1999, at St. Joseph Hospital, Augusta.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. today at First Church of the Nazarene, with the Revs. Ray Sherwood and Emery Lindsay officiating. Burial will be in Jefferson Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Williams, a native of Jefferson County, was a homemaker and a member of First Church of the Nazarene.
Survivors include her husband, Lewis Claxton Williams; two sons, Michael Lewis Williams Sr., Vidette, and Matthew Wayne Williams, Warrenton; two brothers, Sammie Edward Goodwin and Ronnie Goodwin, both of Louisville; a sister, Judy Eleanor Goodwin Matthews, Wadley; and four grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Jimmy Goodwin, Donnie Goodwin, William L. Hadden, Marvin Reese, Donald Hartley and James Paul.
Honorary pallbearers will be members of First Church of the Nazarene.

Friends may call at the residence of Michael L. Williams Sr., Vidette.
