Mrs. Dorothy Pate

WRIGHTSVILLE, Ga. -- Mrs. Dorothy L. Pate, 71, died Tuesday, Dec. 21, 1999, at her residence.

The funeral will be at 2 p.m. today at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church with the Rev. Burton Dixon officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Pate, a native of Wrightsville, had retired from Mohawk Carpet Co. She was a member of Cedergrove Methodist Church.

Survivors include five sons, Randy Burgamy, Donnie Burgamy, Gene McCoy and Ray McCoy, all of Wrightsville, and Franklin Pate, Atlanta; four daughters, Carol Waldrop, Forsyth, Brenda Scott, East Lake Sinclar, and Dottie Burgamy and Kathy Warren, both of Wrightsville; her mother, Della Moray Hollon, Dublin; three brothers, Jerry Logue, Tennille, Walter Logue, Dublin, and Earl Logue, Pendergrass; a sister, Ruby Williams, East Dublin; and 21 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be her grandsons.

Richard and Joyce Stanley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
