FRESNO, Texas -- Mr. John William "Bill" Mundy, 56, died Saturday, Nov. 27, 1999, in Houston.
The funeral will be at 3 p.m. Friday at Blythe Baptist Church, Blythe, Ga., with the Rev. Roy Frierson Jr. officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Mr. Mundy, a native of Blythe, was the owner of Mundy Trucking and had previously owned Blue Ribbon Trailers. He was a member of Blythe Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Suzanne Mundy; two sons, Roy H. Mundy, Fresno, and John W. Mundy, East; two daughters, Robyn M. Mundy, Fresno, and Kristen Mundy, Savannah; his mother, Annie Reville Mundy, Augusta; a sister, Charlotte Fulmer, Augusta; and two grandsons.
Pallbearers will be Clifford Chancey, Gary Dozier, Charles Gay, Charles Dozier, Milton Scott and Hugh Walden.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. today at Elliott Sons Funeral Home, Lumpkin Road, Augusta.
