Dumb new EEOC rule

May we obtain some signatures and commit the schizophrenic U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission to an institution?

The EEOC just announced that if any U.S. business fires an illegal alien because of "discrimination," the employer must rehire him!

The fact that the "employee" has wormed his or her way into a company is illegal in itself. Under U.S. law, the non-citizen must be arrested and deported!

The Clinton appointees running the EEOC also forget (or don't care) that it is a crime under the 1986 Simpson-Mazzoli Immigration Act, punishable by up to five years in prison, for a business to knowingly hire an illegal immigrant.

So get this: an employer can be jailed for hiring an undocumented foreign worker, or can be fined for firing one.

Unbelievable! But it gets worse. The EEOC says that if illegal aliens are cashiered for "discriminatory" reasons, they must not only get their jobs back but are eligible for back pay and attorneys' fees.

Employers and, well, everyone who values his or her citizenship should flood the EEOC with protests over its latest abomination. The EEOC address:

It also wouldn't hurt to contact your senator or congressman and ask them to bring some pressure on these schizophrenic bureaucrats to reverse course.
