Clemson and Maryland nabbed two player of the week honors each from the Atlantic Coast Conference.
Clemson inside linebacker Keith Adams, with career-high 16 tackles, was named the league's defensive lineman of the week, and outside linebacker Braxton Williams, with nine tackles, was named defensive back of the week for their performances in the Tigers' 33-14 win over Virginia Saturday.
Maryland cornerback Lewis Sanders was voted the league's specialist of the week, and quarterback Calvin McCall received rookie honors for the Terps 51-10 win over Western Carolina.
Georgia Tech quarterback Joe Hamilton got the nod as offensive back of the week, completing 22 of 25 passes for 387 yards and four touchdowns -- all career highs. Offensive line honors went to Florida State's Eric Thomas .

Georgia's Richard Seymour, a 6-6, 295-pound junior from Gadsden, S.C., had six tackles, including two sacks, in Georgia's 24-9 win over South Carolina to earn defense honors. Alabama senior tailback Shaun Alexander, with 167 yards rushing on 27 carries and three touchdowns, was the league's best offensive player.
