Ms. Theresa "Terry" Barwick died Tuesday, Aug. 3, 1999, at Medical College of Georgia Hospital.
No services are planned.
Ms. Barwick, a native of Sewickley, Pa., was a paralegal and a title examiner. She was a member and former president of the Scottish American Heritage Society. She was an Episcopalian.
Her family said: "Terry was a loving mother, friend, loved all animals, and was easygoing. She will be missed and loved by many, especially her soulmate, Barry."
Survivors include a daughter, Cris Barwick Sheffield, Valdosta; a brother, Pete Bubb, Pittsburgh; and four sisters, Judy Brader, Atlanta, Polly Freeman, Valdosta, Susie O'Connor, Warren, Ohio, and Tina Shackelton, Quincy, Ill.
Elliott Sons Funeral Home, Lumpkin Road, is in charge of arrangements.
