H. Stephen Harvey of H&R Block has been appointed district manager of the Augusta district.

Thomas B. Banks has been named president and chief executive officer of Bontiz of South Carolina Inc.

Bryan Rucker, a senior ceramist at D & N Dental Design Inc., has successfully completed the National Board of Certification in Dental Technology, in ceramics, and has achieved the title of certified dental technician.

Robert Doud, owner/manager of D & N Dental Designs Inc., has completed his certification with the National Board for Certification in Dental Technology, in ceramics, and now is a certified dental technician in both crown and bridge and ceramics.

Keri Cannon has joined the business development team of Exploration Resources as an inside sales specialist.

George "Matt" M. Park and James "Jay" F. Harris have joined Exploration Resources as account managers.

Arthur Brown of Aiken Technical College has signed a letter of agreement for a cooperative work experience with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Savannah District.

Jimmy Smith Jr., a personal financial adviser with American Express Financial Advisors Inc., has been awarded the company's Mercury Award for outstanding business production during his first 20 weeks with the company.

James M. Grubbs of Environs of Augusta, has received the designation of certified manufactured housing consultant from the Georgia Manufactured Housing Educational Institute.
