GREENSBORO, Ga. -- Mr. Edgar Boswell "Ed" Finch, 91, of 1561 E. Broad St., died Thursday, June 3, 1999, at Boswell Parker Nursing Center.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Greenview Cemetery with the Rev. Reggie Haslett officiating.
Mr. Finch was a lifelong resident of Greene County. He worked for the U.S. Soil Conservation and Forestry Service. He was owner and operator of Finch's Dairy and was a member of the Farm Bureau. He was a member of Penfield Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include his son, Harold E. Finch, Greensboro; three sisters, Inez Tuck, Tucker, Maggie Whitting, Lithonia, and Frances Clifton, Greensboro; and two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Francis Byce, Louie Vandiver, Charles Copelan, Ron Greene, Robert Simpson and Lawton Tachert.
