I look forward to your Cox Report analysis editorials as long as they are done with a spirit of bipartisan cooperation that is intent on fixing the problem and not looking for scapegoats.
If these incidents had been nipped in the bud a long time ago by previous administrations we would not have as much to fret about today. The preceding sentence is finger pointing and we do not really need any more of that.
I wonder how the international community interprets our reactions to this problem. Let's just fix it and not launch a crusade for scapegoats.
