Mr. Otis Reynolds



WARRENTON, Ga. -- Mr. Otis Reynolds, 77, died Wednesday, May 5, 1999, at Warrenton Health and Rehabilitation Center.

The funeral will be at noon Saturday at Trinity African Methodist Episcopal Church with the Rev. James L. Lawson officiating. Burial will be in Union Baptist Church Cemetery, Mayfield.

Mr. Reynolds, a native of Warren County, had retired as an employee of the city of Warrenton. He was a member of Trinity African Methodist Episcopal Church.

Survivors include four sons, George Reynolds, Warrenton, Tommy Reynolds, Bartow, Leon Reynolds, Sparta, and Tony Reynolds, Sanford, Fla.; four daughters, Evelyn Reynolds and Mildred Mobley, both of Warrenton, Mamie Collins, Harlem, and Nancy Reynolds, Thomson; a sister, Margaret Johnson, Atlanta; and 12 grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.

Friends may call at the residence of his son, George Reynolds, 704 Railroad St., Warrenton, or at Dawson's Mortuary.

The family will receive friends at the Trinity African Methodist Episcopal Church Fellowship Hall after the burial.
