Mrs. Imogene "Gene" Powell, 67, died Thursday, April 8, 1999, at her residence.
A memorial service will be held at a later date in Chattanooga, Tenn.
Mrs. Powell, a native of Chattanooga, had retired from King Mill as a spooler.
Survivors include a daughter, Penny Abbott, Tucson, Ariz; two sisters, Mary Denton, Chickamagua, Ga., and Edna Johnston, Chattanooga; and a grandchild.
Elliott Sons Funeral Home is in charge of local arrangements.
