ATLANTA -- The Atlanta Falcons on Tuesday re-signed Ronnie Harris, an unrestricted free agent wide receiver and special teams player.
Harris, 28, signed in November after stints with the Seattle Seahawks and New England Patriots.
During his NFL career, which started in 1993, Harris has caught eight passes for 32 yards, returned 69 punts for 562 yards and returned 34 kickoffs for 686 yards for a combined total of 1,280 all-purpose yardage in 57 regular season games.
In the final two minutes of regulation in the Falcons' 30-27 overtime victory over Minnesota for the 1998 NFC Championship, he hauled in a crucial 29-yard pass in a game-tying drive.
Harris caught two passes for 21 yards in a 34-19 losing effort against Denver In Super Bowl XXXIII.
