WILLISTON -- Mrs. Indiana Gaffney, 85, of 386 White Pond Road, died Sunday, March 7, 1999, at Beverly Health and Rehabilitation Center, Aiken.
The funeral will be at 3 p.m. Thursday at Summer Grove Missionary Baptist Church with the Revs. Sidney Williams, Beverly J. Ashley, Alfred Holmes, Clifton Williams and Joanna Capers officiating. Burial will be in Johnson Cemetery, White Pond.
Mrs. Gaffney, a native of Barnwell County, was a former member of Buck Creek Baptist Church and a member of Great Cypress Baptist Church, where she was an usher and member of F A of B Society.
Survivors include two sons, Robert Lee Gaffney and Willie Lee Gaffney, both of Williston; a daughter, Hattie Lee Moseley, Brooklyn, N.Y.; a sister, Hattie Taylor, Evans; and seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Tyrone Mosely, Esaw Johnson, Shaw Moseley, Kawand Moseley, Aldophis Gaffney, Willie Bernard Gaffney, Thomas Johnson and Ozzie Corley.
Friends may call at the residence of Robert Gaffney, 382 White Pond Road, Williston, or at the residence of Hattie Salley, 380 White Pond Road, Williston.
