LINCOLNTON, Ga. -- Mrs. Leila Glaze Guillebeau, 89, of 134 Guillebeau St., died Saturday, Feb. 20, 1999, at Magnolia Manor Nursing Home, Americus.
The funeral will be at 3 p.m. Monday at Lincolnton Baptist Church with the Rev. Craig Williamson officiating. Burial will be in Lincolnton City Cemetery.
Mrs. Guillebeau, a native of Lincoln County, had retired as owner of a general store, where she operated a Western Union office, a bus station and Railway Express office. She was a member of Lincolnton Baptist Church, where she was a member of the T.E.L. Sunday School Class and the Minnie Hogan Missionary Circle.
Survivors include two sons, F. Dempsey Guillebeau, Albany, and Robert Thomas Guillebeau, Thomaston; a sister, Marion Glaze Byerly, Amarillo, Texas; and nine grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild.
Pallbearers will be W.R. Pennington, Charles Elam, Talmadge Reed, Larry Campbell, Dan Pitts, Paul Prater, Robert F. Guillebeau, Murray Remsen, Ernest Smith, James F. Mattison III, Dennis Mertins and Wyatt Albea.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. today at Rees Funeral Home.
