WAYNESBORO, Ga. -- Mrs. Louise Williams Phillips, 73, of 642 Cherokee Drive, died Tuesday, Feb. 16, 1999, at University Hospital.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at DeLoach Funeral Home with the Revs. Henry K. Erwin and Tommy McCook officiating. Burial will be in Blythe United Methodist Church, Blythe.
Mrs. Louise Phillips, a native of Fulton County, had retired as a bookkeeper from Goldbergs Furniture Co. She was a member of First United Methodist Church, where she served as Sunday School teacher and was a member of Order of the Eastern Star.
Survivors include her husband, J.W. Phillips; a son, John W. Phillips Jr., Augusta; a daughter, Janice Forrester, Macon; and three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Walton "Bud" North II, Greg Salter, Gene Jenkins Jr., Chad Jenkins, Jake Smith, Baxter Hill, Ray Walden and Greg Coursey.
