WRENS, Ga. -- Mr. Gregory Andrew Gee, 31, died Sunday, Dec. 27, 1998, in LaQuinta, Calif.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Friday at First Presbyterian Church, Blytheville, Ark., with the Rev. Thad Grimstead officiating. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery, Blytheville.
Mr. Gee, a native of Blytheville, had lived in Georgia since 1995 and was a former Missouri resident. He was manager of Arthur A. "Buck" Jones & Associates Production Nursery and was a former supervisor of Heartland Nursery, New Madrid, Mo.
He had invented two labor-saving devices for the nursery industry. He was a member of the American Nurserymen's Association, Southern Nurserymen's Association, Georgia Green Industry Association, South Carolina Nursery Association and the North Carolina Nursery Association.
He was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Blytheville, and attended First Baptist Church, Wrens.
Survivors include his wife, Barbara Kay Turner; two sons, Greg Gee Jr. and Dustin Gee, both of Wrens; his parents, E.B. Gee Jr. and Rosemary Monaghan Gee; a brother, E.B. Gee III, New Madrid; and two sisters, Gail Gee Newcomb, Blytheville, and Ginger Gee Mascia, Columbia.
Memorials may be made to The Haven, Blytheville.
The family will receive friends from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. today at Cobb Funeral Home, Blytheville.
