Mrs. Adele P. Griffin, 75, of 2405 Dickey Road, died Wednesday, Nov. 11, 1998, in Harlem.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Poteet Funeral Home, Peach Orchard Road, with the Rev. Jerry G. Wilson officiating. Burial will be in West View Cemetery.
Mrs. Griffin, a native of Augusta, was a homemaker and a member of Central Baptist Church.
Survivors include two sons, Johnny W. Griffin, Augusta, and Joel Griffin, Hephzibah; a daughter, Billie A. Potter, Harlem; a brother, Gettes Luke, Langley; four sisters, Annie P. Smith, Vera P. Griffin and Janice P. Johnikin, all of Augusta, and Dorothy P. Gaskill, Harlem; and seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be George Potter Jr., Chad Eric Wright, Willie Walker, Brandon Griffin, John D. Griffin and Walter Gaskill.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. today at Poteet Funeral Home, Peach Orchard Road.
