LOUISVILLE, Ga. -- Mr. Ernest W. Bryant Jr., 72, of 1149 Bermuda Drive, died Thursday, Sept. 10, 1998 at the Medical College of Georgia.
Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. today in Louisville City Cemetery with the Rev. Freddie Williford officiating.
Mr. Bryant, a native of Jefferson County, had retired as a chemical operator from the E.I. DuPont Savannah River Plant. He was a Navy veteran of World War II and a member of Louisville First Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Greenway Bryant; one son, Barry Bryant, Hephzibah; one stepson, Randall Greenway, Bartow; three daughters, Susan Williamson, Richmond Hill, and Carol Bryant and Sherry Morris, both of Louisville; one stepdaughter, Judy Brantley, Kite; three brothers, Benton Bryant, North Augusta, William Bryant, Louisville, and Robert Bryant, Buford; and 14 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Dale Brantley, Kevin Brantley, John Brantley, Mitchell Greenway, Charles Greenway and Christopher Williamson.
The family will receive friends from 1 to 3 p.m. today at Johnson-Grier Funeral Home.
