WARRENTON, Ga. -- Mrs. Louise Sturgis, 70, of 301 Beall Spring St., died Friday, Sept. 4, 1998, at McDuffie County Hospital.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Greenbranch Baptist Church, Thomson, with the Rev. Laurence Bacon officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Sturgis, a native of McDuffie County, was a personal care attendant and a member of Springfield Baptist Church.
Survivors include three daughters, Betty Sturgis, Augusta, Gloria Heard, Wrens, and Linda Bradshaw, Mayfield; her mother, Lura Dean Lowe, Thomson; two brothers, James Lowe and Roger Lowe, both of Thomson; three sisters, Barbara Lowe, Willie Mae Lowe and Clemenette Bentley, all of Thomson; and nine grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Terrel Heard, Chaunsie Heard, Rodrick Jackson, Danny Medlock, Curtis Lowe, Alvin Rivers and William Bentley.
Friends may call at Roberts Funeral Home, Thomson, or at the residence following the burial.
