AIKEN -- Mrs. Barbara Barton Boyle, 79, of 118 Indian Creek Trail, died Sunday, July 12, 1998, at St. Anthony's Medical Center, Crown Point, Ind.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at George Funeral Home, Park Avenue, with the Rev. M. Eugene Mullikin officiating. Burial will be in Williston Cemetery, Williston.
Mrs. Boyle, a native of Stillwater, Okla., had lived in the Aiken area since 1964. She had retired from DuPont as a secretary after more than 20 years of service, and she was a former employee of None Such Bookstore. She was a citizen of the Creek Indian Nation.
Survivors include a son, Barton Chambers, Davidsonville, Md.; a daughter, Beatrice Chambers, Crown Point; three brothers, Billy Adsit, Yale, Okla., Forrest Adsit, Manfred, Okla., and Dale Adsit, Marietta, Ga.; two sisters, Lorene Curran, Pittsburgh, and Patti Scott, Wichita, Kan.; and three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
