Several years ago I tried to enroll my son in a Cub Scout pack, onlyto find that the local packs were already full.
When I expressed my concerns to Duncan Wheale, himself an Eagle Scout who had been involved for several years with the local Scout Council, he volunteered to help create a new pack. Mr. Wheale also agreed to serve as Cub master during those first years. He helped provide the leadership to make Pack 56 one of the largest packs in the Georgia-Carolina Boy Scouts Council.
I have had the opportunity to work with Mr. Wheale and to observe the positive influence he has on people around him, especially our children. I cannot think of anyone better to serve as Augusta Judicial Circuit Superior Court judge.
