I believe television viewers are being victimized by the amount of advertising we have to view - whether we want to or not. We are forced to watch ads that are crammed down our throats Ä ads that are repeated one behind each other. There are often seven or eight before a program is resumed.
I realize this advertising has to be paid for, but don't take advantage of me just because you can!
I have a solution. Double the cost of the ads, and we'll halve their number. The TV stations will get just as rich ... and it will ease my nerves.
By the way, where did all these furniture companies come from with all their sales? ...
