Resents sharing street with joggers

It more than frustrates me to ride up behind the groups of so-called health seekers, jogging quickly or just poking along our paved street halfway in the traffic lane. I blow the horn and they give me an obscene gesture. I can't safely pass them with the oncoming traffic and they don't seem to care!

These streets were built for autos, not for joggers. Accidents can and do happen but I don't want to be the cause of one. It's much easier for a walker to move over than it is for an automobile. If you're so concerned for life think about getting off the road next time a car or truck comes around the bend. Breed consideration not arrogance; appreciation not deception. We're willing to share our streets with anyone, almost.
