Richmond County libraries: closed. Columbia County libraries: closed. Aiken County libraries: closed. Area banks: closed.
Fort Gordon offices: closed.
Augusta-Richmond County Museum: Open from 4 pm to 8 pm with reduced admissions 722-8454.
Columbia County's Baker Place Landfill: Open from 6 am to 4 pm 868-3368.
