I have practiced law in Augusta for 35 years, and I have appeared before Judge Bernard Mulherin many times. He is truly a great jurist and has served the Augusta Judicial Circuit with integrity, loyalty and dedication.

He has earned a wonderful reputation among his peers throughout the state, and you will find near-unanimous support for him from members of the Augusta Bar Assoiciation.

If Judge Mulherin earned more than any other senior judge, he did so because he worked harder and longer than any of the others.
