Mrs. Annie Skinner

NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C. - Annie "Me Ma" Clark Skinner, 89, wife of the late Woodrow Skinner, entered into rest Sunday, December 2, 2001, at National Healthcare. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. today at First Baptist Church of North Augusta with Dr. Gary C. Redding, Rev. Jerry T. Matthews, Rev. Robert Cohen and Rev. Russell Jeffraes officiating. Interment will be in Pineview Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Sammy Clark, Lynn Grady, James Pittman, Justin Courtney, Bill Touchberry, Dustin Touchberry, Glenn Thompson and Robert Negron. Mrs. Skinner was a native of Union. She was a homemaker and a former school crossing guard at North Augusta High School. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of North Augusta where she was an honorary member of the Ruth Sunday School Class. Mrs. Skinner was a member of the Rosemary Chapter Order of Eastern Star. She was a wonderful Christian lady with a sweet spirit and a heart full of love and compassion. Survivors include two daughters, Hazel Ford of Myrtle Beach and Barbara Cohen of North Augusta; five grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren and three great-great -grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and a sister-in-law. Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church of North Augusta Building Fund, 602 Georgia Avenue, North Augusta, S.C. 29841. Friends may call at 413 Heil Drive, North Augusta. Rowland Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
