LINCOLNTON, Ga. - Ricky K. "Moose" Morrris Jr., 47, entered into rest Saturday, December 1, 2001, at Willes Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Today, December 4, 2001, at Poteet Funeral Home-West Chapel, 3686 Wheeler Road, with Reverend Stan Holsonback. Interment will be at Bellevue Memorial Garden. Survivors are his wife, Helena Brewer Morris; a son, Richard K. Morris, III; a daughter, Aubrey R. Morris, all of Lincolnton. Additional survivors are two brothers, Billy Ray Morris, and Sam Morris both of Evans; two sisters, Sandra Morris Landrum of Martinez and Joyce Johnson of Waynesboro; six nieces and six nephews. Mr. Morris was a member of St. Luke Methodist Church. He was also a member of I.B.E.W. Local #1579, Rocky Branch Golf Club, and was employed with Alrich Electrical Contractors. Active pallbearers will be Ed Rice, Dennis Darnell, Randy Beard, Jeff Golding, Joey Burg, Dwayne Powell, David Rhoden, Larry Johnson. Honorary pallbearers will be members of the I.B.E.W. Local 1579. Poteet Funeral Home-West Chapel, 3686 Wheeler Road.
