EVANS, Ga. - Entered into rest Sunday, December 2, 2001, at University Hospital, Mr. Frank Marioni of Evans, loving husband of Evelyn C. Marioni. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 5, 2001, at 2 p.m. from West Acres Baptist Church, Rev. Larry Harmon officiating. Interment Bellevue Memorial Gardens. Other family members include several nieces and nephews. Mr. Marioni was a retired carpenter and a lifelong resident of the Augusta area. He was a faithful member of West Acres Baptist Church as well as the Hope Sunday School Class. He was a member of John S. Davidson Lodge #677 of F & A. M., the Carpenters Local #283 and the Columbia County Fish and Game Club. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday evening from 7 to 9 p.m. Pallbearers will be Kendrick Shelton, Drew Shelton, John Shelton, George Shelton, James Tiller and Henry Wilson. Honorary pallbearers will be members of the Hope Sunday School Class and the senior adults.
