NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C. - Entered into rest on Sunday, Mr. Joseph Arthur Harrell Sr., age 62, husband of Mrs. Wanda Harrell, of Storm Branch Road, North Augusta. He was the father of Joseph A. "Sparky" Harrell Jr., Danny D. Harrell and Tina Ricketts, all of North Augusta. He was the grandfather of Paul L. Farmer Jr. and Chris Lybrand, both of North Augusta and Amanda Marie Harrell of Martinez, Ga. Mr. Harrell was born in Montgomery, Ala. and was a member of the Church of Christ. He retired as a Tech. Sgt. from the U.S. Air Force after 20 years of service. He served two tours of duty in Vietnam. He was a former Columbia County Sheriffs Deputy. Funeral services and burial will be private. Friends may call on Monday evening from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Hatcher Funeral Home, U.S. Hwy. #1, Langley, SC.
