It was a big night in Augusta as the holiday season was officially launched. And one well-known individual displayed some generosity.

James Brown passes out turkeys Tuesday in his fifth annual Turkey Giveaway at Dyess Park.

The singer expected to hand out hundreds of the birds to help feed the city's needy for Thanksgiving.
