Columbia County Bureau

A Westside High School former teacher has been indicted by a Columbia County grand jury on multiple drug charges.

The indictment charges Deborah Lynn Foley, 46, with possession of ecstacy (MDMA pills), manufacturing marijuana and possession of marijuana.

Authorities raided her Martinez home in August. During the raid, deputies seized $616 in cash, marijuana plants, bags of marijuana and 30 MDMA pills.

Mrs. Foley also was indicted Tuesday on the charge of interstate interference with custody and contributing to the delinquency of a minor in connection with a runaway teen found in her home.

In the month leading up to the drug raid, Mrs. Foley's neighbors said teens often filed in and out of the house. When police raided her Oakbrook home, Mrs. Foley was one of six people arrested.

Other individuals indicted were:

Erin Lynn Foley, Mrs. Foley's 17-year-old daughter, for possession of ecstacy, manufacturing marijuana and possession of marijuana

Russell Steven Swann, 18, for possession of ecstacy, manufacturing marijuana and possession of marijuana

Chris Demetrius McNeal, 20, for possession of ecstacy, manufacturing marijuana, possession of marijuana, interstate inference with custody and a misdemeanor count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor

Javier Daniel Cagle, 17, for possession of ecstacy

Natalie Joy Virgo, 19, for possession of ecstasy with the intent to distribute
