A BIG RAVE TO all the drivers who travel Lewiston Road to I-20. Thanks for being kind and letting cars out at Industrial Parkway.

CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS in October? Seriously, Augusta?

I BET IF OUR CITY leaders had to pay for gas out of their own pockets, the city would save plenty of tax dollars. My job doesn't pay for my gas.

RAVES TO OBAMA. Since he outlined his energy (plan), the price of oil has dropped by almost half. Someone is afraid we will be weaned from that black gold.

IF AUGUSTA WOULD LIKE TO make money, all it needs to do is place a deputy at the intersection of Wheeler Road and Marks Church Road. There are signs flashing for no left turn either way, but cars continue to back up traffic making those turns. Pull them over and ticket them!

RAVES TO ALL THE kind and helpful people who came to the aid of my 90-year-old mother when she fell down at Blanchard Park Sept. 29. She is fully recovered. We want to thank you all so very much.

A RAVE TO THE well-planned Family Day held by the Monsanto Posilac Co. (now Elanco). The food, fun, prizes and plant tours were great, and there was active involvement for all ages. It is a rare thing today for a company to exhibit such hospitality to its employees and their families.

IT IS INSULTING TO other cancer patients to give so much attention to breast cancer as opposed to other cancers, such as colon cancer, bone cancer, liver cancer, esophageal cancer, etc. Do breast cancer patients have it any worse, or suffer any more, than other cancer patients? No.
