How burn unit staff go beyond the call
Letter to the Editor
Wednesday, October 08, 2008

My husband and I are volunteers in the burn unit waiting room of Doctors Hospital. The staff are very special people. They go above and beyond the call of duty. They really care about their patients, and show love and compassion for them.

On Aug. 22, Malcolm Frazier passed away from injuries received in the Imperial Sugar plant explosion. We attended the funeral in Clyo, Ga. There were more than 40 medical staff present, and two people from the Burn Foundation.

What a wonderful group of people we are blessed with.
