United Nations knew about WMD
Jack Cook| Letter to the Editor

Since this war on terrorism started, liberal elites have stated that there is no evidence of any weapons of mass destruction. They and all those with them are terribly wrong.

There have been more than a dozen sites that still hold a significant amount of residual trace material, especially nerve toxins and radioactive dusts. The United Nations had enough on-hand information to even issue a warning to their own observers not to press for entering these areas. The same courtesy was not extended to our soldiers, who had to enter these same areas to pacify them or investigate reported sightings.

I was not in favor of this fiasco - but if you must fight, just fight, win and go home.
