BEECH ISLAND, S.C.- Mrs. Emma Reba Walters Wright, 70, died Monday, July 26, 2004 at her residence, Oliver Drive, Aiken. The funeral will be held 11 a.m. Friday, July 30, 2004 at Friendship Baptist Church, Aiken, S.C. Burial will be in the Randolph Baptist Church Cemetery, Union Point, Ga. Mrs. Wright was born in Augusta. She attended schools in the Richmond County School System. At an early age she was converted and baptized at the True Vine Baptist Church in Augusta. She retired from the Graniteville Textiles and Richmond County Municipal Building. Survivors include her mother; Mrs. Priscilla Walters, seven sons, Franklin, Harold (Andrea), Alvin, Emmerson, William, Stevie and Tyrone Wright, six daughters, Patricia Walters, Marilyn (Ernest) Dent, Priscilla Maloyd, Shawn Scott, Elaine and Paula Wright, one brother, Elijan Walters, (Mattie), two sisters, Mary P. Freeman, Elthel (Kent) Wright, one brother-in-law, Dock Wright, two sisters-in-law, Susie Turner a nd Emma Callaway, 23 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
