SWAINSBORO, Ga.-Mrs. Edith Collins Thigpen, 86, of Watson St., died Tuesday, July 27, 2004. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday in the Hillcrest Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Swainsboro City Cemetery. Survivors include daughters, Edith Ann Renew, Carol Drew and sister, Sallie Mae Durden. Visitation will be on Thursday from 7-9 p.m. at Southern Heritage Funeral Home.
