ELIZABETH CITY, N.C. - Mrs. Vonceil Smith Head, 63, wife of Dr. Roy L. Head, went home to be with the Lord, Monday, July 26, 2004 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, July 30. 2004, at the First Baptist Church of Belvedere. Interment will be in Pineview Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at Rowland Funeral Home this evening from 7 until 8:30 p.m. Memorials may be made to Corinth Baptist Church, Music Ministry/Piano Fund, 1035 U.
