LOUISVILLE, Ga. - Funeral services for Mr. Earl Chancey Tilson who passed away on July 26, 2004 will be held on Friday, July 30 at 1 p.m. at the St. Paul AME Church and Cemetery, Midville. He was a veteran of the US Air Force, a retired supervisor with the NY Transit Dept., a bailiff with the Burke County Sheriff, member and steward at St. Paul AME. Survivors include his wife, Doris Sanders Tilson, Midville; son, Anthony (Lidia) Tilson, Brooklyn; Mother-in-law, Elizabeth Sanders, Wadley; granddaughter, Tabitha Tilson; aunts, uncles, sister-in-law, nieces, nephews and cousins. Viewing will be from 1- 8:30 p.m. Thursday at Davis Funeral Home, Louisville. Body will lie in state at the church Friday from 11 a.m. until the hour of service.
