JULY 29, 1933

Jule W. Felton, deposed Georgia Public Service Commission member, criticized Augusta lawyer Roy Harris for both "jumping on the Talmadge band wagon" and attacking the "de-horned" public service commissioners. "Roy Harris, like many other unpopular and sorely ignored politicians being unable to shine himself, has jumped on what is commonly called the Talmadge band wagon in the hope that not being able to provide any luster from his own bulb, he can act as a moon and give the appearance of furnishing the original brilliance," Mr. Felton said.
