JOHNSTON, S.C. - Mrs. Barbara Williams, 62, of Hardy Place Road, died Sunday, July 2, 2000, at her residence.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Mount Canaan Baptist Church, Trenton, with Rev. George L. Brightharp officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Williams,a lifelong resident of Edgefield County, was a member of Mount Canaan Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband, Earl Scurry; four brothers, McKenley Williams, Monetta, Grady Williams, Milwaukee, and Joseph Williams and Robert L. Williams, both of Aiken; five sisters, Martha W. Hill, Ward, Susie Daniels, Washington, and Emily Lewis, Dora Turner and Susanne Walker, all of Aiken.

Friends may call at the residence or at Amos and Sons Funeral Home.
