LINCOLNTON, Ga. - Mrs. Lucy M. Partlow, 78, of Tabernacle Church Road, died Monday, July 3, 2000, at Lake Crossing Nursing Home.

Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at New Tabernacle Baptist Church with Rev. Matthew Harden officiating.

Mrs. Partlow, a lifelong resident of Lincolnton, was a homemaker and a member of New Tabernacle Baptist Church, where she served on the usher board.

Survivors include her husband, Robert Partlow Jr.; four sons, Willie C. Norman, Chicago, Ill, Freddie Lee Partlow, Augusta, and Robert Frank Partlow and Willie James Partlow, both of Lincolnton; four daughters, Elizabeth Silas, Pittsburgh, Lilly Ree Walton, Tignall, Ga., and Mae Lou Tate and Patricia Wright, both of Lincolnton; a brother, Robert Lee Norman, Thomson; a sister, Lizzie Wynn, Berrard, N.C.; 15 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Dale Partlow, Leon Partlow, Phil Norman, Octavius Partlow, Melvin Norman and Willie C. Norman.

Honorary pallbearers will be her grandsons.

Friends may call at the residence of Robert Partlow Jr., 1421 Tabernacle Church Road.

The family will receive friends tonight from 7 to 8 p.m. at Wright and Jones Funeral Home and after the funeral in the church fellowship hall.
