Turncoat needs to switch parties now
Letter to the Editor
Monday, June 30, 2008

Former White House Press Secretary Scott McClellan has rapidly become the national poster boy for disloyalty and turncoat politics.

My belief is that he should go ahead and totally join the other side. He has no future as a Republican. Each time I see him on television, I think of how much he will enjoy rubbing elbows with the likes of Barney Frank, Cynthia McKinney, Al Gore, Maxine Waters and John Murtha. One day he may even mature enough to see how he tossed away his future and shamed his family.

Please, sir, switch parties now. They love you.

James B. Osbon, Aiken, S.C.
