AGE: 26
HOMETOWN: Augusta
MEMBER OF: Electric Voodoo Blues, 2007-present
PLAYS: Pictured with his Fender Stratocaster
GUITAR SET UP: "I use the guitar and a Fender tube amp, 50-watt Vibro-King."
FAVORITE CONCERT ATTENDED: Slayer at the Tabernacle, "It was freakin' crazy. It was Looney Tunes in there. It was like as soon as the band started, the crowd was like this moving wave. ... We were up front, and we were just getting crushed. And you had to literally fight and push and punch your way just to get breathing air."
FAVORITE MOVIE: "I love Jim Carrey movies."
WORST SHOW: Mac's on Main, Columbia, 2007. "Everybody was having an off night, and the energy was bad. We were all making mistakes. And I guess we were all looking for a scapegoat for something, and we sort of had a little 10-second argument on stage. And I guess the microphones can pick it up, and that probably didn't go over too well."
FAVORITE SHOW: The Veterans Affairs Medical Centers Uptown Division, 2007. "There were young people there ... there were old guys there. The staff was there. It was one of the most appreciative audiences we've ever played for. When the crowd's getting into it -- they're obviously really enjoying it -- that makes me feel pretty good. It makes me feel worthy, like it's worth doing."
HANDPICKED CONCERT LINEUP: B.B. King, any song; Miles Davis, So What; Santana, No One to Depend On; Stevie Ray Vaughan, Riviera Paradise; Jimi Hendrix, Machine Gun; Pink Floyd with Roger Waters, The Wall.
