AIKEN, S.C. - Mabel Scott Kemp, 88, departed this earthly life on March 13, 2003 at the Aiken Regional Hospital, Aiken. Funeral services will be 2:30 p.m., Sunday, March 16, 2003 at the Springfield Baptist Church. She was a homemaker. She leaves to cherish her memories: three daughters, Mattie Bell (Walter) Dandy, Trenton, Louise Kemp, Johnston, Eddie Mae (James) Settles, Aiken; two sons, James (Flora) Kemp, Jr., Virginia Beach, Va., Holloway (Rose) Kemp, Danville, Va.; 26 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren.
