Although excellent as a cowboy or rebellious cop, Mr. Eastwood proved to be a spoiler for Augusta Chronicle critic Steven Uhles this year. Mr. Uhles, who had banked heavily on Aviator gold, was beaten by 83 of the 191 entries in this year's Oscar Pick contest. One of the 12 perfect entries was chosen as the winner in a blind draw.
The winner of this year's contest is Trisha Sasnett, of Augusta, who will receive a prize package that includes movie soundtracks, DVDs and an official 2005 Academy Awards poster. Congratulations.
