AUGUSTA, Ga. - Mr. Willie Hollis Williford, entered into rest Monday, February 17, 2003, beloved husband of Mrs. Virginia Kennedy Williford. Funeral services will be held Thursday, February 20, 2003, at 2 p.m. at the Poteet Funeral Home South Chapel with Rev. Larry Harmon and Rev. Billy Atkins officiating. Interment will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park. Additional family members are one son, Curtis Williford and his wife, Sherry, Augusta; one daughter, Rosalind Albright and her husband, David, of McDonough; six grandchildren, Kelsey Williford, Travis Williford, Kyle Williford, Michelle Hester, Jennifer Hester and Jason Borseth; his mother-in-law, Lucille Perry of Augusta; his sister-in-law and her husband, Mary and Lonnie Kuehl; and several nieces and nephews. Mr. Williford was born in Gibson. He had worked as an insulation journeyman with local #92 Asbestos Workers since 1960, a member of Fleming Baptist Church, a navy veteran of six years and a member of the John Davison Masonic Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons. Pallbearers will be Lonnie Kuehl, Lee Kuehl, Keith Kuehl, Victor Lowe, Chris Howard and Don Pullum.
