LOUISVILLE, Ga. - Helen Clark, age 88, of Church Lane, Louisville, passed away on Wednesday, February 19, 2003, in the Jefferson County Hospital. Graveside services will 2 p.m. Thursday, February 20, 2003, in the Louisville City Cemetery, with the Rev. Ed Deen officiating. Miss Clark was born in Louisville. She was a librarian, was educated at Duke University, The University of Chicago, George Washington University and Emory University. She served in World War II as a First Lieutenant in the Army Air Corps. Survivors include her niece, Kathy Clark Lewis of Columbia; a great nephew and two great nieces. Memorials, in lieu of flowers, may be made to the Jefferson County Historical Society. Friends may call at the residence at One Church Lane.
