Ron Paul still running two races
Letter to the Editor
Monday, February 18, 2008

As of last week, rumors were beginning to surface on the Internet that Ron Paul had dropped out of the presidential race. So, before the mainstream media puts their spin on the story, here is the straight scoop.

Ron Paul has suspended his campaign in order to defend his congressional seat in Texas. The campaign for president is still on, and I urge all supporters to continue on with business as usual. If Dr. Paul should lose his seat in Congress and fail to get the nomination, America and Ron Paul suffer a one-two punch.

If you have even $5 to spare, donate it to either of Ron Paul's campaigns. If you have an extra $10, send five to each campaign. Either way, let's ensure Ron Paul stays in Washington for America.

Rick James, Wagener, S.C.
