At least one person might not have had any difficulty seeing the Hannah Montana movie.

Responding to a tip, authorities found more than 1,000 bootleg DVDs and CDs at Albea's Subs and Wings in Southgate Shopping Center.

Many of the discs included movies still in theaters, including Hannah Montana and Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds Concert Tour , which has had sold-out show times across the country.

Roderic Terriss Albea, 28, of the 1600 block of Champion Pines Way, was arrested and charged with one count of reproduction of recorded material after police raided his restaurant Thursday.

"When we went to the location, he was sitting there with a table full of counterfeit movies and music CDs," said Richmond County sheriff's Investigator Tim Tobias. "He had the Hannah Montana movie going when we arrived."

Investigator Tobias said representatives from the Recording Industry Association of America and Motion Picture Association of America joined the raid to verify the discs were illegal copies. Among them were copies of The Bucket List, Rambo and Alvin and the Chipmunks . Copies of pornographic films were also in the haul, Investigator Tobias said.

Counterfeit goods are a widespread problem in Richmond County, according to police. False goods are often sold at flea markets and other areas, but police lack the manpower to target all vendors, he said, and usually only respond to specific complaints.
